IMPORTANT:
1.This PD charging cable must use a PD (USB-C interface) 100w or less power adapter.Power shortage will cause charging failure.
2.Please use the PD charging wall charger corresponding to the wattage of your laptop. This charging cable is compatible with power supply below 100w. Excessive power will cause overload.
3.Please make sure Your USB Type C Charger's wattage (volts and Ampere) is Not Lower than your laptop input (you can check it on the bottom of your Laptop). For example, your laptop input is 19V 3.42A 65w,then your USB C adapter is not lower than 65w. Some customers often use their usb c phone adapter to charge the laptop,very small wattage,of course it does not work. Please kindly note that not all of the USB Type C Adapter can fits for your laptop.

A : We supply 1 year products warranty. If the item is found to be defective in warranty,
please contact us as soon sa possible, so that we can help to solve the problem at fastest
rate : send back to our factory for repairing, or we send new one for you.
